name arceus he makes the lake trio
mesprit,uxie and azelf and the creation trio 
the pokemon of space palkia, the pokemon of time dialga and the pokemomn of antimatter girantina
palkia and diagla who make the planets and time while girantina wanted to see destruction so arceus send him to a parralel dimension the lake trio mesprit creates life on planet earth uxie grants wishdom and azelf grants courage
lets talk about mew mesprit made mew mew contains all dna of all pokemons so he could be mentioned as the creater of pokemon years after the existion of mew scientist got their hands on the dna of mew and tried clonning it wich goes horriple they made mewtwo wich is one of the strongest pokemons 
we start with the pokemon of the sea kyogre and 
the pokemon of the land groudon as the names suggest they created sea and land but then they started fighting and got their stronger forms primal kyogre and primal groudon but then came rayquaza the pokemon of the sky he was the one that saved earth with his mega evolution. 
then comes regigigas 
in the play he is the continent pokemon he moved continents and created the regi trio
